Our commitment to privacy

Humetric is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and the privacy of your clients. Data privacy is important to us, and we have built Humetric around this commitment.

We believe we should only collect the information necessary to deliver and improve Humetric, and to achieve our mission of making objective data accessible and actionable within clinical settings. Information that is collected is only used for internal purposes by our authorized teams, and will not be shared with a third party.

Information we collect

We may collect and process the following data:

• Information you provide for your account (eg account registration, support requests, or billing history for paid accounts);
• Information you provide during the use of Humetric (eg test results);
• Analytics of usage within the Humetric app, website, and services.

We do not collect (nor do we have access to) the following data:

• Images or video during any assessments (images or video is only seen on your screen);
• Raw motion capture data (all processing is done in realtime on your device).

Information that is shared within your clinic

If you are a User associated with a Clinic account, your data and the data of your patients may be accessible by other Users of your Clinic or organization. The Clinic manager or administrator may have access or have assigned access to tests results or patient data.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may amend or change this statement at any time and with immediate effect by updating this page. We will attempt to notify you of such changes beforehand to the email address in your profile, so please ensure your details are accurate and up to date.
